- Process Payments: Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

- Ensure Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information
- Use your content to train AI models
- Share your gems with third parties for advertising
Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
Free tier users: All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite databases. We do not have access to locally-stored data.
Cloud Storage (Premium)
Premium users: Data is synced to secure cloud servers powered by Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is:
- Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Encrypted at rest (AES-256)
- Accessible only to you via your authenticated account
Data Retention
- Local data: Remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app
- Cloud data: Retained until you delete it or request account deletion
- Account deletion: All associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days

Payment information (credit cards, billing details) is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment details.
